Prices and payment conditions
The prices displayed on the online sales website Accesus do not include VAT or other taxes. In our online store, exclusive for distributors, the payment methods and deadlines will be established in accordance with the prior agreements made with Accesus at the time of opening the customer file. The discounts applied to the tariff price will be those previously agreed with Accesus and will be reflected at the end of the order, on the total amount of the purchase.
Shipping and returns
Minimum order
- The minimum order is €60. In case this amount is not reached, an additional charge of €10 will be applied.
Shipping costs
- Province of Barcelona: Free shipping for orders of €200 (VAT-free) or more.
- Catalonia: Free shipping for orders of €300 (VAT-free) or more.
- Rest of Spain: Free shipping for orders of €400 (VAT-free) or more.
- Canary Islands: Free shipping for orders of €1,000 (VAT-free) or more.
If this amount is not reached, an additional €15 will be charged in the invoice as shipping costs. (Only Peninsula of Spain).
Delivery and shipping deadlines
Shipments are sent as soon as possible to be received within 24 to 48 working hours. We ensure that each order is sent correctly packaged and protected. We use high-quality materials to guarantee that the products arrive in perfect condition, without damage during transport.
Product availability
In Accesus, we work to keep the stock information up to date. However, in exceptional cases, it may occur that several customers make simultaneous orders of the same product. In case of non-availability of real stock, the customer will be notified and an alternative solution will be offered.
Product returns
The customer has a period of 30 working days to return any product. The right of withdrawal includes the full refund of the purchase amount (the product price) but not the shipping costs or the return costs to Accesus.
- Conditions of return: It is essential that the product is in perfect condition, without signs of use, and that it retains all safety labels and manuals. In addition, the original packaging must be intact and free of marks on its exterior.
In case of a defective product, we will proceed to the substitution or refund of the order without any additional cost for the customer.
How do I request the return of the order?
To proceed with the return, you must send us an email to: accesus@accesus.es indicating the amount and the order number. Please tell us the reasons in the body of the email so that we can attend to you better: If it's a size change, if you want a change for a defective product, or if you simply don't want the product.
