Solution
Equipment composed of two electric hanging scaffolds joined by a modular telescopic system that allows for travel along the entire internal perimeter of the chimney. By increasing or decreasing the distance between platforms, the system adapts to the chimney's diameter based on the working height.
Rotational movement is achieved by suspending the equipment from translation trolleys on a circular runway beam.
The equipment was a success, allowing the internal chimney repair to be carried out safely and delivering excellent results and performance in the very harsh environment of a steel mill chimney interior.
