A platform powered by a 1,000 kg cable hoist and mounted on the stay cable allows for forward and backward movement. The platform features one or two detachable cradles for transporting personnel. Power is supplied by an autonomous power generator.
This system is versatile and can be utilized for other cable-stayed bridges.
