BASIC 500 Hanging Scaffold
The BASIC 500 Hanging Scaffold is the reduced width model of the ACCESUS BASIC family of hanging scaffolds.
The BASIC 500 hanging scaffolding has a removable and lightweight design and is designed to offer the best solution for working in especially narrow places, such as manholes up to 670 mm in diameter.

Like its counterparts in the ACCESUS BASIC family, the BASIC 500 has been designed for lifting loads and people as required by the EN 1808 standard.
The BASIC 500 cabin or hanging scaffolding is available in 11 possible lengths between 0.8 and 4.8 meters.
Its configuration is made by combining parts 0.8 modular steel and aluminium standards; 1.2 and 1.6 meters in length.
It is precisely this modularity in the pieces that allows assembly, transportation and storage to be very easy and safe.
Depending on the dimensions and necessary load capacities, it can be configured as a hanging cabin (with a single elevator) or as a hanging scaffold (with two elevators).
Its 11 possible configurations are achieved by combining 1, 2 or 3 modules of 0.8, 1.2 or 1.6 m long by 0.64 m wide and 2.28 m high.
Available in two versions: manual (manual lift m.lift400 or LEVA) and electric or motorized (electric lift e.lift 501 or LEVA) with fall arrest system on safety cable.
The total width of the cabin differs between the type of lift installed: 0.88 m with electric lift or 0.97 m with manual lift. On the other hand, the maximum total width of the hanging scaffold with 2 lifts (manual or electric) is only 0.50 meters.
There is no working height limit.
