KOMPLET Suspended Scaffolding and Angular Platforms for Maintenance Work Inside Silos
Project requirements
The client needs to carry out maintenance work inside a fertilizer silo.
We have designed, manufactured, trained the client, and performed the assembly of 4 custom-designed Angled Suspended Scaffolds and 2 KOMPLET Suspended Scaffolds with special beams.
With 16 hoists operating simultaneously, it was possible to completely cover the interior of a 60-meter-high silo so that operators could work on the renovation of its interior wall.

The Angled Suspended Scaffolds adjusted to the interior walls of the silo, while the KOMPLED Suspended Scaffolds in the center served as support for the angled units and for the rehabilitation work on the silo's roof.
A total of 26 assembly hours were completed with total safety and precision.
