In our facilities at Energía 54 and 56 streets, we are carrying out an ambitious project to improve the factory layout, with a clear objective: to optimize work processes, while improving working conditions and the image of our facilities. These changes are part of our commitment to continuous improvement and reflect our dedication to quality, innovation, and employee well-being.
The new plant design includes the relocation of Leva and Atura production areas, as well as the Post-sales and electrical cabinet manufacturing areas, with the aim of expanding effective work areas and optimizing material flows within the facilities. Additionally, new equipment has been incorporated to reinforce operational capacity, such as a new test bench, an additional compressor, new electrical and pneumatic installations, as well as tool banks and specific tools for each task. All of this is designed to provide our team with the most suitable and efficient equipment for their functions.
Another key point of the project has been the creation of a specific area for cable storage and classification, organized according to their technical characteristics. Similarly, a comprehensive reorganization of storage areas has been carried out, grouping materials by families and by their relationship with the corresponding production process.
Improving working conditions has also been a priority. The locker room area has been relocated to a climate-controlled space throughout the year, female locker rooms have been enabled, and interventions have been made in the roof of the facilities, both interior and exterior, to increase natural light entry and improve thermal insulation.
