In Accesus, every two years we gather our network of commercial representatives in a key event for the organization: the Sales Convention. This strategic meeting allows us to share the main news from all departments, analyze the company's performance, and define the lines of action for the next few years.
Last January 22 and 23, we celebrated the 2025 edition of our convention, which, both in terms of attendance and relevance of the topics addressed, we can qualify as an absolute success.
The event took place over two intense days with a carefully planned agenda. The inaugural session took place on Wednesday, January 22, in the afternoon, at the showroom of our new offices, where Manuel Manzano and Sergi Jiménez gave a theoretical-practical training on machinery.
On Thursday, January 23, the convention was structured into two blocks. The first part took place at the Hotel Don Jaime in Castelldefels, where the heads of each department presented the achievements reached in 2024 and exposed the strategic objectives for 2025. Later, after lunch and a guided tour of our new facilities, the innovations in personal protective equipment (PPE) for this year were presented.
At the close of the event, from Accesus, we collected the impressions and comments of the attendees, in addition to making all the presented materials available to them.
The overall assessment of the team was highly positive. After two days of intense work, we left this convention with clear ideas, defined objectives, and the motivation to make 2025 a great year.
