The Accesus MODUBLADE double stirrup platform is an upgraded version of the MODUBLADE II suspended scaffold to provide a dual suspension system.
Its design continues to focus on providing access and inspection work on wind turbine blades in wind farms.
The MODUBLADE, made of aluminum, with the double stirrup, is a suspended platform removed entirely from small parts for easy transport and installation, equipped with two e.lift® 501 electric lifts, the MODUBLADE dual stirrup platform is certified for lifting people and work tools. Each charge has its braking system, emergency lowering, and overload detector. The double stirrup platform also has two securichute® 600 fall protection systems. And for extra safety, the MODUBLADE double stirrup has a dual cable suspension system (one for work and one for safety).
The platform provides ergonomics designed to best suit the windmills and their wind farm blades. The MODUBLADE double stirrup blade platform has 6 EN 795 anchorage points, non-slip floor, 1 and 1.3 meter high handrails, and rubber protections to prevent damage from knocks and scratches.
The MODUBLADE double stirrup suspended platform is delivered with its corresponding CE certificate and its use and assembly manual, as marked by the European Machinery Directive 2006/42 and EN 1808.
