BASIC 500 Suspended Scaffolding
The BASIC 500 Suspended Scaffoldings is the reduced-width version of the BASIC Suspended Scaffold Family.
Its removable and lightweight design is intended to provide the best solution for working in places like narrow manholes up to 670 mm in diameters, such as in courtyards or confined spaces.
Like its counterparts from the Accesus Basic family, the Basic 500 was designed for lifting loads and people as required by EN1808 standard.
The Basic 500 cradles or suspended platforms are available in 11 different lengths ranging from 0.8 to 4.8 meters. Their configuration is made by combining standard steel and aluminum modular parts of 0.8, 1.2, and 1.6 meters long. This modularity is the key to the easy and safe assembly, transport, and storage of the Accesus Basic 500 suspended platforms.
Depending on the required dimensions and load capacities, it can be configured as a suspended cradle (with a single lift) or as a suspended platform (with two lifts). Its 11 possible configurations are achieved by combining 1, 2, or 3 modules of 0.8, 1.2, or 1.6 m long, 0.64 wide, and 2.28 high. This way, when already passed through a narrow passage, it is possible to assemble a cradle or a suspended platform of up to 4.8 m in length.
Available in two versions: manual (m.lift400) and electric or motorized (e.lift 501) with safety-cable-fall-arrest system. The platform's total width differs between the type of lift installed: 0.88 m with an electric lift or 0.97 m with a manual lift. In contrast, the Basic 500 maximum total width with two lifts (manual or electric) is 0.50 meters wide only.
